Baby Cupcakes with Chocolate Ganache

Thanks Nila..
Been craving for these..2nd batch of blueberry cheese tartlets this week for my own enjoyment :) i don't even have that cute tart moulds so the edges weren't that perfect..but taste errmmmh..!

Kak Fiza, Linda rasa quote yg akak tulis berkenaan pricing tu ada betulnya. Coz kekadang tu cost nya tak byk mana tp labor & masa tu lg byk. Esp in fondant cake & cupcakes =D

tu lah akak pening selalu nak letak pricing..dlm homebased industry ni org selalu lupa utk include 'kos upah' utk diri sendiri, kitalah baker, kitalah designer, kitalah sales manager...kita pun cleaner hehehe..semualah kita, dari proses keluarkan quotation, reply emails sampailah kek siap & selamat ke tgn customer..

akak, the pricing is in fact the trickiest part.. i pun tengok2 org punye je and letak my price. mmg the main part is labor.. it's so time consumingla buat kek ni. akak charge berapa rm per hour? just for my guideline.. i am a beginner so tak bley la nak caj mahal2.. *pandang bawah*

Akak, betul tu. Kalau kt kedai besar iyer lah ada ala2 job specialization masing2 kan. Tp Kalau kt homebakers ni Start>Process>Finish semua kita handle. Mmg multitasking. Tu yg jenuh nk kira tu. hihihi...

the most hardest part ...pricing! which i hate it sooo much. sometimes terunder quote and tak setimpal dengan kerja dibuat. and paling menyakitkan hati, ada sesama kita ni dok kutuk price orang len.

but to me, we, cake maker or shall i use cake designer perhaps =p, have right to charge ur price base on our workmanship. agak-agak la kan

pada i kan anna, we have our own goal & mission..we are what we think ..! ignore those -ve..
very true, we have the right to value every piece of our artwork..semua urusan melayan persoalan customer, sesi pecah kepala nak keluar idea..semua kena masuk acc. long term baru bley nampak, am i heading somewhere..? or dok kat takuk tu jerrr...pulang modal, rolling balik..2 kali guling atau lari setempat =P
